  • Original packaging & tags are intact

  • Request is raised within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items without packaging/tags

  • Customized or clearance items

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

Replacement is subject to stock availability.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the item passes quality check

  • Refund method will be the same as original payment

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos while opening the packaging.
